退款政策

You may request a return within 8 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at contact@heart-artcollection.co.jp. Returned items must be sent prepaid to the following address:

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange if applicable. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 8 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer preference:

  • Food products such as tea
  • Embroidery products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us first. Exchanges will only be processed after we confirm the condition of the returned item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with local laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

返品の対象となるためには、商品が受け取ったときと同じ状態であり、未使用で、元のパッケージに入っている必要があります。また、レシートまたは購入証明書が必要です。

破損・不良品について

商品到着時に商品をご確認ください。
破損、不良品、または誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後8日以内にご連絡ください。内容確認後、返金または交換対応を行います。

返品不可商品について

以下の商品は、お客様都合による返品・交換をお受けできません。

  • 紅茶などの食品類

  • 刺繍商品

  • セール商品

  • ギフトカード

交換について

交換をご希望の場合は、まずお問い合わせください。
商品の状態確認後、対応可能な場合に限り交換対応を行います。

欧州連合（EU）のお客様について

EU圏内への発送については、現地法令に基づき、商品到着後14日以内であれば返品をリクエストする権利があります。

返品対象となる商品は、未使用かつ元の状態・梱包である必要があります。また、購入証明書が必要です。

返金について

返品商品受領後、商品の状態確認を行います。返金承認後、10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

ご利用のクレジットカード会社または銀行によって、返金反映までお時間がかかる場合があります。

返金承認後16営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合は、contact@heart-artcollection.co.jpまでお問い合わせください。
